What this service is

AutoFinance lets sellers of used vehicles publish a listing with their own cash price, down payment and monthly terms, and lets buyers send a pre-qualification form to that seller.

AutoFinance is not a lender, bank, financing company or broker. It does not approve or decline applications, does not run credit checks, and does not take part in any payment between a buyer and a seller.

Sellers and agents

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including photos, vehicle details, prices and terms, and for the lawfulness of any financing they offer.

Financing agents invited by a seller act for that seller, not for the site. Any agreement is between the buyer, the seller and the agent.

Buyers

You confirm that the details you submit are accurate. Submitting a pre-qualification does not reserve a vehicle and does not guarantee financing on any terms.

You may be contacted by the seller or their agent using the mobile number and email address you provide.

Accounts

Seller and agent accounts may be suspended or blocked for inaccurate listings, misuse of buyer details, or any unlawful activity.

Liability

AutoFinance is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Philippine law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from a listing, a vehicle, a financing arrangement or a failure of the site.
